Refund and Cancellation Policy
At PLM Lodges, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage bookings effectively. All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following terms:
Off-Peak Season Cancellations
Applies to bookings outside of December, January, April, July, and September.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 10% cancellation fee
- More than 7 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
Peak Season Cancellations
Applies to bookings during December, January, April, July, and September.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
Refunds
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
- No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused nights.
